Elizabeth H. Chamberlain, widow of W. D. Chamberlain, passed away on March 31, 2018, after an extended illness. Born in Charleston on October 2, 1924, to Mary Larisey Hogan and Milton B. Hogan, she graduated from St. Andrew's Parish High School in 1941, and the College of Charleston in 1945. Betty was a homemaker and a medical secretary. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. Surviving are two sons, W. David Chamberlain (Camille) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Dr. Steven A. Chamberlain (Kathe) of Charleston as well as three grand children and seven great grand children. Burial will be private. A remembrance for friends will be held at Bethel United Methodist Church 57 Pitt Street in Charleston on Thursday April 5, 2018, at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Charleston Animal Society 2455 Remount Road, North Charleston, SC 29406.
