Frances Wiggins

Frances K. Wiggins, 81, of Charleston, South Carolina, died on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Dayspring Assisted Living in Hollywood, South Carolina. Born April 3, 1932 in Walterboro, South Carolina, she was the wife of the late Freddie E. Wiggins, Sr. She was preceded in death by her son, Freddie E. Wiggins, Jr. and is survived by two sons, Frankie L. Wiggins, Sr. of Tarpon Springs, Florida and Alton G. Wiggins of Charleston; two grandsons, Freddie E. Wiggins, III of Costa Rica, and Frankie L. Wiggins, Jr. of Charleston and three great granddaughters. A celebration of her life will be held in April of 2014. Details to be announced. Arrangements by Palmetto Cremation Society, Charleston, SC.
