James Edgar 'Jim' Boyd Sr.

James 'Jim' E. Boyd Sr., 75, of North Charleston, SC entered into eternal rest Tuesday, December 29, 2015. He is survived by his loving bride of 39 years, Donna Boyd; his daughters, Kimber Baxley (Steve), Vicky Courtenay (Tommy), Kimberly Shelley; his only son, James 'Jeb' E. Boyd, Jr. (Jewell); and eight wonderful grandchildren. Since Jim was a proud Army veteran, he made his transition in the caring, qualified hands of the VA Hospital administration and staff. A memorial service will be held January 3, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at Remount Baptist Church.
