Joe Cleveland Webber, 67, died September 19, 2018 in Charleston, SC.
He was April 6, 1951, in Georgetown, SC. Joe was the son of William Semino Webber and Minzette Leona Koonce Webber.
He graduated from Murray Vocational School in 1970. Joe worked at John Risher’s upholstery shop from 1969 to 1979. He moved to Arizona about 1980, where he managed five upholstery shops. In 1983, he moved back to Charleston and went to work at the Charleston Naval Shipyard. It was discovered that Joe had multiple sclerosis in the summer of 1984.
Joe is survived by his daughters, Angela W. Rowley of Jackson, MI, Amanda Edmond of Jacksonville, FL, and Adriene Webber; his sister, Jean Goins of Georgetown, SC; his brothers, Bill Webber (Kathie) of Moncks Corner, SC, Bob Webber (Carol) of Jacksonville, FL, Kenny Webber (Juanita) of Peoria, AZ, and Tracy Webber (Valerie) of Charlotte, NC and two grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, and sisters, Wanda Webber, Peggy Milligan, and Sandy Vey.
Joe will be laid to rest at Riverview Memorial Park, October 22, 2018 at 2:00 in the afternoon
