John Nick Bazakas

John Nick Bazakas, 89 of Summerville, died on Monday, January 12, 2015, at Hallmark Health Care Center. Born Monday, November 9, 1925 in North Charleston, South Carolina, he was the son of the late Nicholas Bazakas and the late Pearl Burbage Bazakas. Surviving are sisters, Ethel Kambas Anderson of Charleston and Koula Malanos of Mt. Pleasant; nephews, Larry E. Kambas and Dr. George E. Malanos; nieces, Despina M. Brewer, Nitsa Kambas Smythe and Lindsey Malanos and several great nieces and nephews. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
