NORTH CHARLESTON May Goo Reeder, 87, of North Charleston died July 18, 2014 in Orangeburg, SC. She was born in Hilo, Hawaii and came to North Charleston in the 1950’s. She retired from the Navy Exchange and worked for the Charleston County Police Department for several years. May was a member of the North Charleston United Methodist Church. She had a great love of gardening, was very kind and was loved by those who knew her. She is survived by her sons Charles 'Woody' Reeder of Bennett’s Point, SC, Philip L. Reeder of Ringold, GA, Howard W. Reeder of Ladson, SC and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews and one great-grandchild.
