Michael Wayne Williams Sr.

Michael Wayne Williams Sr., 49 of Ladson, South Carolina died on Tuesday, December 11, 2012, at his parents residence. Born Friday, October 11, 1963 in Charleston, South Carolina, he was the son of Hugh 'Ed' Williams, Sr. and Vernelle Williams. Michael graduated from Summerville High School in 1982 and attended USC, Salkehatchie for two years. He worked for SCE&G, Wolfe Electrical Company and Sumter Utilities as an electrical lineman. Surviving in addition to Michael's loving parents are his children, Ashton Williams who attends USC Columbia and resides in Mt. Pleasant, SC and Haley and Michael (Jr.) Williams of Hollywood; brother, Hugh E. Williams, Jr. and wife Sharon; sister, Tracy Williams Starns and husband Jimmy and two nephews, A J Starns and Caleb Williams plus numerous Aunts Uncles and Cousins, A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, December 16, 2012 at Miles Road Baptist Church, 816 Miles Road, Summerville, SC 29485.
