Peggy Stanfield Strickland

Charleston, SC – Peggy Stanfield Strickland, 86, wife of the late Walter Owen Strickland, died in her home on Thursday, January 9, 2014. A graveside memorial service will be held on Monday, January 13, 2014, at 1:00 pm at Memorial Park Cemetery, 2720 Broughton St, Orangeburg, SC. She was born on December, 14, 1927, in Glennville, GA to the late Nolen Stanfield and Essie Durrence Stanfield. She is survived by her son, Walter Lee (Barbara) of Charleston, her daughter Marla Strickland of Orangeburg, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
