Wilbur Kenneth 'Ken' Little

Wilbur Kenneth (Ken) Little, Sr., 84, of Charleston, SC, widow of Elizabeth Brooks Little died Sunday, August 7, 2016. His Memorial Service will be held Friday, August 26, 2016, in First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, 1293 Orange Grove Road, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be privately held separately for family at a later date at Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends, Thursday, August 25, 2016, in First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, 1293 Orange Grove Road, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Ken was born May 21, 1932 in Wilson County, NC, son of the late John Frank Little and Lula James Little. He was still working for Intramed Plus, delivering infusion therapy medical supplies. He was a very devoted member of the First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ where he was an Elder and chair of numerous committees and sang with the Church Choir for over 60 years. Ken was an Army veteran and served during the Korean War period. He is survived by two sons, Ken Little Jr (Kim), of Chesapeake, VA; Jack Little (Cammye) of Beaufort, SC; daughter, Beth Hansler (Terrance) of Santa Monica, CA; five grandchildren, Michael, Cameron, Becca, Jana and Aubree, and great granddaughter Mahala. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, 1293 Orange Grove Road Charleston, SC 29407 or Hospice of Charleston, 676 Wando Park Blvd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464.
