Ann Key Payne, 79, of Mount Pleasant, SC, wife of Gordon Payne, died Saturday, July 25, 2015. There will be a funeral service to celebrate Ann's life on Friday, July 31, 2015 at St. Philip's Church, 142 Church Street, downtown Charleston, 29401. A small reception will follow in the parish hall. ARRANGEMENTS BY PALMETTO CREMATION SOCIETY, CHARLESTON, SC.
