Anne Margaret Quigg, age 73, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2026, at Lexington County Hospital in West Columbia, South Carolina. She was born on October 24, 1952, in South Boston, Massachusetts, the beloved daughter of the late Michael and Helen (Connolly).

Anne spent the majority of her life in Holbrook, Massachusetts, where she lovingly raised her three children: TobiAnn, Russell, and Brian. She worked a variety of jobs throughout her life, but she was perhaps best known and most cherished as a school bus driver. Anne took great pride in her role, often picking up extra hours so she could drive for away games, field trips, and special events-ensuring she could be part of her children's lives and the lives of so many others.

She was known throughout the community for her kindness and generosity. There wasn't a child in the neighborhood she wouldn't stop for to make sure they had a ride to school. It was also a familiar and fond memory that she would never pass by 47 Summit Road without honking the horn until all the Quigg children were on their way. Even George, the dog, made guest appearances on the bus.

Later in life, Anne worked as a printer in Canton, Massachusetts, until her retirement in 2015.

Anne was predeceased by her sisters, Kathy, Judy, and Elaine; her brother, Tommy.

She is lovingly remembered by TobiAnn Sullivan and Jeff Dyer; Russell and his wife Traci Quigg; and Brian and his wife Jill Quigg; her brother, James; and her sister, Peggy.

She was a devoted grandmother to Braley, Madison, Molly, Jackson, John, Ty, and Michael, all of whom brought her immense joy. She is also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews, here and on the other side.

A celebration of Anne's life will be held at a later date.
