Anthony John Sharbo of Charleston, SC passed away on Monday, June 22, 2026. Born on January 15, 1981, Tony attended James Island High School and Spartanburg Methodist College, later earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Anderson University. 

Tony’s legacy of love continues through his mother Althea Forde and Dad Allan Forde; his Father David Sharbo and stepmother Hanan; his children Rawlins John, Gatlin, Daniel, and Ellison Grey; his brothers Chad Forde and Michael Sharbo; his sisters Farrah Haney (Brad), Dana and Maria Sharbo; and a large extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends — including his best friend, David Moore. 

Tony possessed a deep love for watching his children grow. He cherished every moment spent with them, whether cheering from the sidelines at baseball or basketball games, dancing around the house, playing PlayStation, cooking out, playing pool, or simply hanging out together. His joy was found in their laughter, energy, and the everyday moments that made life full. 

Tony had great talents he excelled in everything he put his mind to. He loved woodworking and making things for his family and friends and build projects with his children. 

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, July 12, 2026 at James A. Dyal Funeral Home 303 S Main Street Summerville SC 29483 

Visitation will be 10am to 2pm 

The Memorial Service will begin at 2 pm 

Inurnment will immediately follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens, 1100 Dorchester Road Summerville SC 29485

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Tony will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who knew him. His legacy lives on in the family he cherished and the lives he touched.
