Betty C. Napier, 69, of Charleston, SC, passed away Monday, March 20, 2017.
Betty was born July 30, 1947 in Charleston, daughter of Albert and Ethel Couch, who predeceased her.
She was previously employed at St. Andrews Parks and Playgrounds and International Cash Register.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Samuel Couch Jr. and sisters, Jewel Bates and Cornella Morris.
She is survived by her husband, Jethro Napier; brother, John Couch and his wife Mary Sue; nephews, Albert Couch II and Melvin Shawn Couch; and step-daughter, Natalie C. Napier.
A memorial service will be held April 2, 2017 at Carolina Bay Church (West Ashley), 2927 Savannah Hwy., Charleston, SC 29414 at 12:00 PM. A reception will follow the service at the church.
