Betty Jean Littleton

May 13, 1949 — November 7, 2019

Mrs. Betty Jean Bryant Littleton, the daughter of Sofrona and Clarence Bryant Sr. was born on May 13, 1949 in Orangeburg, SC and entered into eternal rest on Thursday November 7, 2019 at Roper Hospital.
Mrs. Betty Jean Littleton grew up in Holly Hill, SC and attended the public schools of Holly Hill. In 2008 she joined Greater Deliverance Tabernacle. On December 1973, she married the love of her life, Mr. James Littleton Jr.
To know Betty was to love her. She was kind to everyone she met. Bettys smile was definitely one to brighten any room. Loving and caring for her grandchildren was her peace and joy. There was nothing she wouldn’t do for them. She is preceded in death by her brother, Robert Lee Bryant, and her sister Aretha Dukes; brother-in-law’s Leon Green and Clarence Hilliard Jr.
She leaves to cherish her sweet memories, her daughters Latasha Simmons of the home, and Fredina Samuels of Charleston, SC; grandchildren, Jermarius Littleton, Kebreana, Kesiah and Dearrell Samuels, and Keona Littleton; great-grandchildren, Miss Kristin and master Jermarius Jr. Littleton; sisters, Ollie Ree Young of Holy Hill, SC, Doretta Hillard of Norwalk, CT, and Diane Green of New Haven, CT; brother, Clarence Bryant Jr., of New Haven, CT; very special Aunt, Annie Mildred Frazier of Philadelphia, PA, seven nieces, six nephews, a host of cousins, many friends, and special friend Clifford Cleveland.

It hurts our heart to lose you, although you did not go alone. A part of us went with you. Your loving memories will always remain in our hearts. There won’t be a day I won’t think of you because your love is unforgettable. Now you’re our angel above spread your wings with happiness and love.
