Vickers, Blanche E, 80, of Charleston a housewife, died October 19, 2017. Arrangements by Palmetto Cremation Society
Blanche Chesser Carroll Vickers was born on March 30th, 1937 and passed away on Oct. 18, 2017.
After a short illness, she passed peacefully with family present . She leaves 3 children, 5 grand children and 8 great grand children. Also, one brother and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family wishes instead of flowers, donations be made to a charity of their choice.
