Connie Seblano, 64, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a family who loved her deeply and will carry her memory with them always.

Born on February 17, 1962, in Brooklyn, New York, Connie lived a life defined by love, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family. Through every joy and every hardship, she put those she loved first, offering kindness, comfort, and a heart that never stopped giving.

Connie is survived by her beloved husband of 44 years, Frank Seblano, whose love and partnership were the foundation of their family. She also leaves behind her three daughters, Nicole (Scott), Christina (Ashley), and Samantha (Victor), who were the pride and joy of her life. She adored her grandchildren, Noah, Charlotte, and Everly, who brought endless happiness to her heart and filled her days with love and laughter. In addition to her kids and grandbabies, Connie loved all pets but especially her dogs Benny and Lilly as well as the puppies that crossed the rainbow bridge.

Connie will be remembered for her resilience, her compassion, and the unconditional love she shared so freely. She faced life's challenges with remarkable courage and grace, always thinking of others before herself. Her strength inspired everyone who knew her, and her legacy will live on in the countless lives she touched.

Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that Connie's love will remain with us forever. We will miss her smile, her warmth, her guidance, and the way she made everyone around her feel loved. She leaves behind a lifetime of cherished memories that her family will hold close forever.

She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten
