Daniel Eldon Potter

Daniel Eldon Potter, 55 of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.

Born on March 4, 1969 in Long Beach, CA Daniel was the son of Pamela Settgast Potter and Rex Potter.

Daniel known as “Danny” to his family and friends spent over 20 years serving his country in the Navy as an engineer. After retiring from the Navy Danny became Chief Engineer on the LCU’s at Little Creek in Virginia. Danny enjoyed being outdoors fishing, kayaking, the beaches, and animals.

Daniel is survived by wife Sherrie Potter; daughter Meghan Gonzalez, sister Nina Potter, and grandchildren Koralyne, Frances, Jaun, and Jesus Gonzalez.

At the request of his family, A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at a private location near his family home with family and invited guests on July 19, 2024 at 2 pm with Military Honors at 3 pm.
