Darrin King McLaurin, 59, of Lexington, SC, passed away on August 14, 2025, Darrin was born on June 10, 1966 in Columbia,SC.

Darrin was known for his sharp mind, quick wit, and a voice that could be heard across any room. Though he faced many challenges in life, Darrin persevered with resilience through both triumphs and adversity.

A gifted builder, Darrin left his mark in the roofing and construction industry, earning a reputation for quality workmanship and problem-solving ingenuity. He wasn't afraid to speak his mind. Outside of work he loved dogs, finding joy of the companionship and unconditional love you find with animals.

Darrin is survived by Sandra McLaurin (Mother) of Lexington, SC, Michelle McLaurin (sister), Jeff Noguera (brother-in-law) of West Columbia, SC, Zac McLaurin (son) of West Columbia, Danielle McLaurin (niece), Scott McLaurin (nephew) and preceded in death by Daniel K. Mclaurin (father) and Daniel Robin McLaurin (brother).

A funeral/memorial service has not been planned at this time. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to:
