Debbie was born February 1, 1959, in Columbia, SC to Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Rushing.
Debbie married her loving husband Michael Dion Anton Oliver, on October 10, 1987. Dion and Debbie located to Saint Stephen, SC in 2001.
Debbie was a licensed cosmetologist and had a passion and deep love for her family.
Debbie passed away in her home the night of October 7, 2024. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Michael Dion Anton Oliver; son Michael Henry of Moncks Corner, SC; sister Emily Shoemaher of Concord, CA; and including her in-laws; Maria (Oliver) Murray, Bernadette Oliver, Orlanda (Oliver) Cunningham, Ita Nicolette Oliver, Dale Oliver, as well as many extended family members.
