Edward Cooper Zeigler, Jr

Edward "Eddie" C. Zeigler Jr, 70 of Elloree, South Carolina, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2026, in the care of Edisto Home Care and Hospice. 

Born on January 5, 1956 in Orangeburg, SC, Edward was preceded in death by his father Edward Zeigler and mother Virginia (Hood) Zeigler.

Edward is survived by his daughter, Laura Hill (John), his son, Edward (Trae) Zeigler III (Samantha), Maverick Hill (Grandson), Memphis Hill (Grandson), and Virginia (Ginny) Spires (Sister).

Edward requested that there be no viewing or religious services, and that his ashes be spread at a small family gathering.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saving Animals Southern Style (SASS), 2816 Cleveland Street, Elloree SC, 29047.
