Elizabeth Louise 'Betsy' Litzinger (Martin)

Elizabeth 'Betsy' Louise Litzinger, 76, of Grand Valley, PA passed away September 22, 2015 in Charleston, S.C. after a sudden illness. She was born November 20, 1938 in Warren, PA to the late Joseph A. and Dorothy H. Morrison Martin. She was married to Richard C. Litzinger on April 3, 1958. Betsy enjoyed spending time with her family, pets, friends, baking, reading, crocheting, and sewing. She drove school bus in Warren County and worked in local stores. She was a member of Grand Valley United Methodist Church. Betsy is survived by her husband Richard, of 57 years; a son Richard and his wife Pam Litzinger, Grand Valley, a daughter Cynthia and her husband Joe Cahill, Charleston, SC; four granddaughters, Stacie Litzinger, Megan and husband Jason Bishop, Kimberly and husband Justin Miles, Mary Litzinger; a great- grandson Jacob Miles. She is also survived by three brothers; John, Dan and Frank Martin; three sisters; Doris Lindell, Joanne Ramsey, Nancy Stewart; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death her by parents; two brothers Keith and James Wolford and two sisters Marjorie Malae and Susan Auflick. A memorial service will be at a future date.
