Gregory David Stern

Gregory David Stern, born November 11, 1951, was the fun uncle of Shana, Greg, Arden and Teddy; the beloved brother of Bob and Marian; and cherished son of Muriel DeGregory Stern, 97, and Robert L Stern (1914-2002). Greg passed away on November 16 from complications of covid.

Greg was an All-State cellist in high school and later founded and ran a successful business. Like his father, he had almost a photographic memory, and like his grandfather, Joe DeGregory, and his uncle Jerry DeGregory, he was a wonderful athlete. He was a sweet, fun-loving, and generous man who had deep knowledge of many subjects, including music, audio, and chemistry. He was loyal to his friends and family and is deeply missed. We’ll never forget you—and all of your affectionate nicknames…Uncle Gravy.
