Kayela Marie Logan

Miss Kayela Marie Logan, 28, of Irmo, South Carolina, formerly of Bradenton, Florida, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2026.

Born on January 26, 1998, in Bradenton, Florida, Kayela was the cherished daughter of Sarah Logan (Johnson) and Derek Logan. 

She had a vibrant love for life and found joy in spending time with her nieces, family, and friends and her pet family . Kayela enjoyed expressing her creativity through arts and crafts, searching for treasures while antiquing, and embracing the beauty of nature.

Kayela is lovingly remembered by her mother, Sarah Logan (Johnson), and her father, Derek Logan. She also leaves behind her brothers Devin (Zeriahia) Logan and Dante Logan; her sister Lexi Logan; her grandparents Kathy and Roy Small; her nieces Zuri Logan and Islah Logan; her aunt Elyse Brown, her aunt and uncle Karen and Hopper Void; and her great-aunt Deena Symonds. She will also be deeply missed by Winston, Zeus, and many other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her great-great-grandmother Lillian Wade, great-grandfather Donald Benjamin, grandmother Vernie Lorraine Void, and her faithful companions Brittany LaShae and King (Boo).

In honor of Kayela's wishes, instead of flowers, she would encourage everyone to take time to remember all the good times shared together.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Palmetto Cremation Society - Columbia, located at 1733 Airport Blvd., Cayce, SC 29033.
