Kerri Jukofsky, formerly of Hilton Head, died peacefully in her home in Mt. Pleasant, SC Wednesday.
She is survived by her daughters Michelle Susan Webb, Stacy Jukofsky of Jacksonville, FL, her sons Joseph Jukofsky of Royal Oak, MI and Jeffrey (Jennifer) Jukofsky of Hilton Head, her grandchildren Ryden, Nicholas, Brooklyn, Genevieve, Roxy, Elizabeth Michelle and Emily Kay, great grandchild, Jayden David and many loving cousins.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to The Humane Society.
