Kevin Glen Fulmer, 49, of Lexington, South Carolina, passed away on May 4, 2026. He was born on April 23, 1977, in Augusta, Georgia, to Vicky Ann Caine and George Glen Fulmer.
Kevin was preceded in death by his father, George Glen Fulmer; his stepfather, Jerry D. Evans; his brother, Steven A. Davis; and his sister, Amy Fulmer.
He is survived by his beloved daughter, Veronica Ann Fulmer (Justin Woodward); and his cherished grandchildren, Sofia Clair Fulmer, Brayden Henry Woodward, and Isabella Faye Woodward. He also leaves to cherish his memory to his mother, Vicky Ann Caine; his siblings, Crystal Heinrich (Bobby), Michael Fulmer (Shanna), Elaine Evans, Jennifer Harris, and Margaret Adcock (Stephen); as well as his nieces, McKaylee Heinrich and Riley Horning, and his nephews, Casen Heinrich and Jerry Fulmer.
Kevin was a man who truly loved being around family and friends. He found joy in spending time with those he cared about most, often working on projects or fixing things that needed repair. Welding was one of his greatest passions, and he was known to proudly joke that he was the best welder in the state. His humor, skill, and dedication to his craft were admired by many.
Above all, Kevin had a big heart. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need and made a lasting impression on the lives of those around him through his kindness and generosity.
A memorial service will be held at a future date. Please contact the family for further details.
