Marie Natalie Donadelle
At the age of 7, she moved to Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, USVI where she spent her formative years returning to New York City in 1940 with her son Tony.
Marie worked initially as a sewing machine operator and after completing the necessary requirements, she became a bookkeeper.
She was married to Alfredo Donadelle in New York City in 1951, who predeceased her.
Marie loved her family and would make a point to tell them that she loved and appreciated them as often as possible.
She is predeceased by her sisters Catherine and Adele, brother, Lawrence (Enrico), nieces Marie, Alice and nephew Cedric.
Marie leaves to mourn her son, Tony, daughter in love, Veronica, grandchildren, Stephen and Christina, Great grandchildren, Stephen and Sabrina and her nieces Linda Ellis and Rhonda Lloyd, nephew Lawrence Henderson, and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins and close friends.
A memorial service will be held at The Episcopal Church of The Good Shepherd, 119 W Luke Avenue, Summerville, SC on Friday, May 3 at 5:30 pm.
Marie will be interred at Woodlawn Cemetery's Garden Conservatory in Bronx, NY with her sister Adele.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Episcopal Church of The Good Shepherd.
