Mark Cannito, born March 14, 1965, in Tucson, Arizona, passed away Peacefully on September 30, 2026 at the Low Country Hospice House (Agape). Mark was the beloved son of Alphonse and Grace. 

After graduating from high school, he proudly served his country in the United States Army, a chapter of his life he carried with great pride.In his more recent years, Mark found joy in traveling and cruising, creating memories and enjoying new experiences along the way.

He will be remembered for his deep commitment to serving and supporting his fellow veterans in countless ways throughout the past decade.

Mark was predeceased by his father, Alphonse Cannito.He is survived by his mother, Grace Ely; his sons, Mark Cannito II and his wife, Sarah, Andrew Cannito and his wife, Sharon, and Nicholas Cannito; his beloved granddaughters, Ally and Emily; and several cousins and friends.

A memorial luncheon celebrating Mark's life will be held at the Little River VFW on a date to be announced.
