Michael Richard Spires

Michael Richard "Dicky" Spires, 62, of Lexington, passed away June 30, 2025.

Born October 6, 1962, Michael was the son of the late Dixie Lee Smith and the late Marion Laval Spires. He was a loving husband, son, father, grandfather and brother. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and cheering for the SC Gamecocks.

Michael is survived by his wife Nena Spires, son Michael Spires, sisters Marilyn Shull and Mary Doyle (Grant), brother Marion "Pedro" Spires, grandson Colin Wooten and granddaughter Peightyn Burchfield.

Michael was predeceased by his mother and father, and his daughter Ashleigh Faye Spires.
