Pamela Van Nostrand Murray of Walterboro, SC, passed away peacefully, June 1, 2021, at Colleton Medical Center. She was married for fifty-eight years to Hugh. She also leaves her daughters Alisa (John) Leahy of Berlin, CT, Pamela (Scott) Gover of Hinesburg, VT, and son Hugh Alex (Jenny) of Varnville, SC. She was Mema to Katy (Ben) Loomis, Old Lyme, CT, Sarah Leahy, Nashua, NH, Elizabeth Leahy, Rocky Hill, CT, Breyann Murray, Aurora, CO, Danielle (Curtis) Lawson, Taylor Simmons of Varnville, SC, and two great-grands Eva Claire and Theo Loomis.
She will be missed by her devoted Boston Terriers; Cooper and Bailey. Pam will also be missed by many others who were touched by her caring and compassion. As a former nurse, donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association as that was a population she cared for and was near to her heart.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday June 5, at 1100 am Saint Jude’s Episcopal Church, (907 Wichman Street, Walterboro, SC 29488) www.stjudeswalterboro.com
