Sandra Spivey Johnson

Sandee sadly passed away on December 21, 2025, after a long battle with illness. She was a graduate of Swansea High School and attended Spartanburg Methodist College and the University of South Carolina Upstate. Sandee spent her professional career as the Office Administrator for CK Supply in Simpsonville, South Carolina.

Sandee was preceded in death by her husband, Chris Johnson; her father, William Spivey; her father-in-law, Bill Johnson; her grandparents, Marie Stanley and Fred and Millie Spivey; her uncles, Tim Nirella, Olin Spivey, and Frank Spivey; her aunt, Ruth Spivey; and her cousins, Wayne Poe and MaryAnn Stanley.

Sandee is survived by her daughter, Emily Johnson; her mother, Maureen White; her stepfather, Denham White; her sisters, Susan Spivey and Sharon Spivey (husband Bob and nephew Will); her mother-in-law, Nancy Johnson; her sister-in-law, Jessica Johnson (niece Abigail); her bonus father, Hamp Redmond; and her bonus brothers, Hamp Redmond Jr. and James Redmond. She is also survived by an extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins whom she loved and cherished dearly.

A Celebration of Life honoring Sandee will be held at Pine View Baptist Church on January 17 at 1:00 p.m.
