Virginia Patrice Mixson

Virginia (Pug) Patrice Hamon Mixson 67 of Round-O, SC passed away August 15th, 2025.

She was born to the late Pad and Lalaus Hamon. Pug was an avid book reader and enjoyed movies as a child. Aside from her family she loved both her dogs and coffee. She had great tenacity and was relentless in pursuit of whatever she wanted and would not stop until she attained her goal. Pug attended and graduated from North Charleston High School. 

She was preceded in death by her father Pad Hamon Jr, mother Lalaus Virginia Lankford Hamon, brother Michael Hamon, sister Sheryl Lynn Hamon Hicks.

She is survived by her daughter Kelly Denise Mixson, grandchildren Dawson (Maddie), Chase (Keaton) and Bailey, great grandchildren Anderson, Benjamin, sister Sandra Kay Hamon Gordon (Tim), and numerous cousins who remember her with great fondness.
