William “Cutter” Moultrie, 80, of Charleston, and husband to Nettie Sharper Moultrie, an Upholsterer, died December 7, 2018 in Mount Pleasant, SC.
Born to the late Walter Moultrie and the late Martha Anderson Moultrie, William enjoyed repairing older cars and his upholstery business.
William is survived by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters, brothers and many nieces and nephews.
